Service fees
YourWonJourney offers a personalized athlete website for $500, a personalized athlete website with recruiting portal access for $1,150, and Full-Service Recruiting Concierge support for $12,000. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are due at checkout unless a six-payment concierge plan is selected.
Six-payment concierge commitment
The six-payment concierge option consists of six monthly charges of $2,000, for a total service fee of $12,000. Selecting this option creates a six-month financial commitment. It cannot be cancelled as a way to avoid the remaining payments.
If a six-payment concierge commitment ends early for any reason, the unpaid remaining balance becomes immediately due in full. YourWonJourney may send a payment request for that outstanding balance using the payment method or contact information associated with the purchase.
Cancellations
To request a cancellation or discuss a billing concern, email yourwonjourney@gmail.com. A cancellation request does not erase amounts already paid, work already performed, or the remaining balance on a six-payment concierge commitment.
Refunds
Because each service is personalized and begins with family intake, planning, and production work, fees already paid are generally non-refundable after work begins. If YourWonJourney cannot deliver the purchased service because of an issue on our side, we will review the circumstances in good faith and communicate the available resolution.
Recruiting outcomes
Payment covers the purchased website, portal, and/or concierge services. It does not guarantee college placement, coach interest, scholarships, offers, roster spots, admissions decisions, financial aid, or any recruiting outcome.
