YourWonJourney offers three service tiers: a personalized athlete website, an athlete website with recruiting portal access, and full-service recruiting concierge support. The details of each purchased tier are shown at checkout and in the client intake.
Concierge support and outcomes
Full-service recruiting concierge support includes planning, research, guidance, preparation, and family support. YourWonJourney does not guarantee college placement, coach interest, scholarships, offers, roster spots, admissions decisions, financial aid, or any other recruiting outcome.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Concierge clients may pay the $12,000 service fee in full or elect six monthly charges of $2,000. The six-payment option is a six-month financial commitment. It cannot be cancelled as a way to avoid remaining payments. If the commitment ends early, the unpaid remaining balance becomes due in full. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable after personalized work begins. Read the complete Billing and Cancellation Policy before purchase.
Client materials and approval
You confirm that you are authorized to provide all athlete information, photographs, video, statistics, and other materials submitted through YourWonJourney. You retain ownership of your materials. You grant YourWonJourney permission to use approved materials to build and operate the purchased services. Parent and athlete approval are required before coach outreach is sent through the recruiting portal.
Public profiles
Only information your family approves for the public athlete website will be published. Families are responsible for reviewing public profile details, including athlete information, statistics, schedule entries, video links, and contact information.
