Information we collect
We collect the contact information, athlete profile details, volleyball and academic information, video and image links, recruiting preferences, and service-specific context you submit. Stripe processes payment information; YourWonJourney does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use information to fulfill the purchased service, build athlete websites, configure recruiting portal access, coordinate concierge support, communicate with authorized family members, and improve the experience. Only approved details are used on public athlete websites.
How public information works
A family chooses what appears on a public athlete website. Public details may include the athlete’s name, class year, position, school, club, approved photos, video links, statistics, milestones, public competition schedule, and recruiting contact information. We do not publish private family contact information without approval.
Service providers
YourWonJourney uses service providers to operate the experience, including Stripe for payments, Vercel for site delivery, Supabase for secure application data, and approved communications tools when a family activates portal or concierge services.
Access and updates
You may request a correction or update to your information by contacting yourwonjourney@gmail.com. Families can also update their athlete profile through the recruiting portal when that service is included.
